Considering the popularity of the anime series “One Piece Adventures”, this title may be a dream come true for many fans that will instantly purchase it. But for the 3dx aficionados, is that enough to warrant a purchase? And fans of the series, can the movie deliver enough hot action to make us part with our money?
The Girl
Being previously unfamiliar with either Nami or the One Piece anime series, which she is the star of, I can’t say whether fans will be pleased or not with her 3dx incarnation (if you’re a fan, you’ll have to look at the pictures and decide for yourself). When viewed as a standalone 3dx Girl however, this reviewer finds Nami a real delight. Unlike a lot of 3dx from the far east, the character is designed in a very western looking style, not at all anime. This reviewer applauds this approach and wishes more artists would use this style. Nami is head to toe pretty; Her body has big but not oversized breasts, a sexy round ass and a toned and slender midsection. These elements combined are a nice sight to behold, even when she is fully clothed (which thankfully was not for long!). Nami’s face is also very pleasing with her big blue eyes, a well shaped nose and sculpted cheekbones. She is vaguely reminiscent of real life porn star Mary McCray. This well proportioned face wouldn’t look out of place on a model and initially gives off a sense of wistful innocence and sexual naivety, which makes her predicament all the more enjoyable.
Graphics
Credit should be given to the artists for creating some and consistently good graphics. All the technical and aesthetic design aspects of the girl, monsters and background setting are of a good, satisfactory standard, with no rough edges or other glitches and shortcomings.
Sound
The soundtrack of this title is a somewhat hit and miss affair in terms of both music and voice acting. Initially, the music does a great job of conveying a sense of suspense and foreboding menace that is perfectly suited to the action in this title and really helps to immerse the viewer into the overall atmosphere. As the movie progresses however, the music changes in a dramatic but non-sexual way, degenerating into what any video gamer’s ear will instantly recognize as “boss-battle music”, which seems wholly out of place in erotica to this reviewer.
The voice acting for the most part is pleasing to the ear. Unlike a lot of JAV/Hentai releases, the voice actress doesn’t have a squeaky, high-pitched or child-like voice. Instead, Nami has been given a more mature sounding, but still sweet and cute voice, which does a convincing job of portraying the emotions of the character throughout the movie. A good decision was made to give the male characters no voice and have them make no sounds at all during the movie. In this reviewers opinion, this actually adds to their sense of menace and power. At times however, Nami’s incessant moaning, groans and squealing became annoying to the point where this reviewer had to mute the audio a couple of times.
Animation
Unfortunately, this movie is almost spoiled by the quality (or lack thereof) of its animation, which disappoints on many levels. The most glaring error is the use of looping animation. Considering the repetitive nature of sexual motions looping animation may seem like a good idea, in this movie however, the loops are not “complete”. As a result, the characters can clearly be seen jumping and twitching back to the starting position of each loop which really spoils the illusion. Another minus point for this title comes from the unrealistic, almost robotic nature of some of the characters movements. During certain sex acts/positions, the characters are moving in a completely unrealistic way and hold themselves in very unconvincing poses. It’s not all bad however. There are some nice touches in the animation, from a smoother than smooth animated bulge in Nami’s belly during penetration, to the way her breasts bounce and dance hypnotically to the rhythm of sharkmans thrusts. There are some good things worth seeing.
Sex Scenes
If you like the idea of a sweet and helpless cutie being harshly fucked against her will by a succession of mutants/monsters with very large cocks, then this title is for you! Once Nami is rough stripped and positioned, the Sharkman relentlessly pounds her hard. The action only stopping briefly to allow in changes in positions. It’s highly commendable that Sharkman’s cock is large enough to create a delightful (and well executed) belly bulge that rises and falls as he thrusts in and out of her. The sex between Nami and Sharkman is arguably the best part of this movie, and contains a great sex sequence that I can only describe as “a P.O.V. lap dance while riding a cock” and is very erotic.
After Sharkman has enjoyed himself with Nami’s vagina and anus, the action moves to a small room where Nami “receives” 3 more visitors. By now, she is a somewhat willing participant. An orange heavily tattooed humanoid fucks her pussy (again creating a bulge) and finishes with an internal cumshot. Then, in what is arguably the most disappointing sequence in this movie, Nami gives a blowjob to greenish mutant who proceeds to cum in her mouth.
Once this is finished, 3 realistic looking tentacles complete with suckers along their lengths enter the room, but unusually only one tentacle actually fucks her, the other two are used to simply embrace Nami. This unexpected use (or under use?) of tentacles may disappoint fans of the tentacle genre.
Overall Impressions
Despite this titles shortcomings in most aspects of its creation, this release redeems itself somewhat by virtue of its unashamed depictions of hard, intense sex. Some may find themselves short-changed by the relative abundance, scarcity or even complete lack of certain sexual acts in this movie, something, which I hope, is redressed in the event of a sequel. I would not class this title as an “essential purchase” but after setting aside its flaws this title is worth buying/downloading, and something every 3dx collector should have in their library.
