About the Artist
Unfortunately, not much is known about this particular circle. However, there is a link that is given out on DLSite. The only problem is that the link to this website is in Japanese only. My concern with this is that if you’re going to sell products on an English website, I think you would want to give out as much information as you could about the products that you are selling.
Studio GGB currently has 2 titles available on the English website: A’s Report and Tournament Eve. The Title being reviewed here is only available through the Japanese website at this time. I’m not really sure why this happens other than I’ve heard that it’s of the circles decision to make of what titles are for sale and on what website. Maybe the circle will list all three as a package deal in the future.
Format
Snow Drop has an opening plus 4 individual .mp4 files that are available to watch on your favorite video player (961.5mb in size) with a running time of 31:12, which is very good in length. The nice thing that GGB has added that wasn’t included with their previous title A’s Report is an Omake. The Omake has the video on one complete .mp4 file, (732mb in size). Don’t be alarmed; even though there is a size difference, they appear to be the same video. They have also added a separate video (3:33 in length or 110mb in size), which includes the main female lead being serviced by two male characters.
This particular movie is more of what I would consider a ‘’gonzo’’ style type of movie, as there’s absolutely no plot, no names other than the female lead and features all sex. IMHO, that is what I would prefer. But if you‘re looking for a story, then I completely understand. There just isn’t one here.
The Girl
The female lead, ‘’Snow Drop’’ She is very gorgeous. She has very long legs, beautifully rendered skin, breasts, eyes, you name it, she’s very sexy. When the movie starts she’s in a very long see through dress that was just to die for. You could see her blond pubic hair through the dress and her nipples, very erotic!!! When the oral sex started it looked very natural, to the pre-cum that would be stuck on her lips, to the semen that would be squirted on her face, or would drip from her privates. Her body also moved very naturally during any sex position, as her whole body would move according to the thrusting or speed of the movements.
Sound
Voices and sound effects are two of my biggest pet peeves. I feel that if voices don’t match up with the character correctly, or if sound effects sound unnatural, and if the actions are drowned out by loud music that is playing in the background it can be rather annoying, and can really take away from the experience. I really like natural sounds, and great voice acting. I always envision a couple making love, and would wonder if there really would be loud music playing in the background all of the time? Probably not! This movie starts out with some music, light in mood, nothing romantic, but just sets the mood and it doesn’t run through the entire movie. Once again, the male isn’t given a voice, but the female’s voice is synched up perfectly with her lips. She has a very young and sexy voice and seems to enjoy the sex.
As far as the background sounds, such as slurping noises during oral sex, or bodies slapping together during intercourse, they’re perfect. Every thrust during sex is synched up perfectly, and the slurping noises during oral sex are matched up very nicely!
Graphics/Animation
The video takes place in two places: On the water in a sailboat, or what could even be a gondola, and then the action gets moved into the male characters house. There really isn’t a whole lot in terms of surroundings, but what there is, such as the boat, water, and the house, everything is done quite well. There are shadows on the boat, and in the house from the movements of the female lead, to the water moving. Everything that was done was simple, but done with care. The male character once again goes without his face being shown, or a voice being heard, but was less robotic in movement than most. I guess you could say it’s what is to be expected.
Overall Impression
I was very impressed with the quality of the animation and the sound quality, definitely not an average production here. However, I would really like to see some more variety given to the user, from different sex positions, angles, and looping video. This one was very similar to A’s report in terms of variety of sex positions, as well as not offering any different angles or looping video. The other thing that bothered me was that there was no breast sex!!! A lead female character of this beauty demands it. GGB could really take some cues from Umemaro’s user interface or double soft cream’s user interface. Until then, GGB will be good but not great. Having said that, the replay value isn’t extremely high because there really isn’t much here to offer. Another thing is that this movie was 31:12 in length, which is good, but roughly 13 minutes was wasted on oral sex!!! In my opinion, that’s ridiculous. Overall, this movie is very good but doesn’t offer much to the user in terms of variety.
