Who greets us on the splash screen? The extremely sexy Dr. Sugimoto, look familiar? After his last very elaborate effort of almost motion picture proportions ‘OMEGA’ he’s kept it simple this time, but we’ll get to that.

We expect nothing less than the best from Umemaro. He defined the genre and who better to show us what it is capable of. But the approach is different this time, no lengthy story lines, cut scenes, build ups. The location is the doctor’s clinic and she’s drawn the curtains so it’s somewhat dark in there, but the lighting does seem intimate and inviting. It’s back to basics for Umemaro one location, one guy, one girl and lots and lots of sex!
And soon enough we get thrusts into the action as the sex begins.

the graphics/ animation
If I wanted to be really nit-picky I’d say some of the animation is just a little stiff and robotic, you hardly get to see any of this here, because it’s mostly things like walking and such in his other titles. The sperm looks great, but maybe making it just a little more solid/ gooy looking and less watery could help. Also a little more details regarding the characters like hands and feet and such would make this work even more perfect. None of these take away for the experience though so I can’t fault him on these.
Having said that, in total there are 16 scenes of the some of smoothest, most physically realistic and detailed animation you will see to this date. The sexy doctor is a delight to watch, you just can’t keep your eyes off her. The thing about porn is you watch a scene and ok maybe you’ll watch again, maybe even a few times, but soon enough you’re out there looking for something new and different, just like with regular movies. The only thing that would grab you for longer periods of time is an actual game and I wouldn’t classify Umemaro’s titles as games, they’re movie clips. But the staying ability of this title is sensational, I can pull this one out any time any where and get “quality entertainment” out of it.
