Hello there! This is andi guinness. I’m writing to you today to talk a little bit about the future of Affect3D. Namely, our site and content.
In the past, we’ve been admittedly inconsistent with regards to giving you an enriching experience here on this site, as well as delivering on a constant basis. We know this, and we’re moving to address it.
Since April 1, I’ve been officially working with miro and Supro behind the scenes to create a framework for more content as Editor of Affect3D. We’re practically building everything from scratch, so you’ll only begin to see the fruits of our labor over the next several weeks. What we got planned will get you hard. 😉
I’m not ready to reveal everything we’re doing just yet. But we got something big for tomorrow. What is it?
Video Blogs!
That’s right. We’ll be releasing our first video blog tomorrow, right here and on various porntube sites such as PornHub. It will also discuss the future of Affect3D, including details you won’t find here. Also, you didn’t hear this from me, but a certain famous porn star will be telling you the juicy details!
And this isn’t a one-off event. We have plenty of video content in the works, so this is only the beginning.
What else are we working on?
Columns!
We’re starting a series of monthly columns dedicated to 3DX and erotica in general. We intend to bring insights and expertise into the field so that you can learn more and become more involved yourself, or even find out what’s out there! Whether it’s rendering in 3D or writing a story, our columnists will bring a lot to the table, and you’ll be sure to enjoy it.
Content Revamp!
We’re not only bringing in videos and columns, but we’re also reintroducing some familiar articles, such as Feature Artists, Interviews, and Reviews. Even Media of the Day will make an appearance. Our goal is to deliver daily content, and with what we have planned. To ensure we make this happen, our articles will be created by a team of dedicated writers we’re building and encouraging. Some of the names you’ll recognize, but they’ll shine in a way you didn’t expect!
Which is not to say we aren’t looking for new people. Stay tuned in the next couple weeks and learn how you, too, can get involved.
Why are we doing this? It’s because we want to bring more people into this awesome new world of erotica, and the one way we can do this is become a go-to source for 3DX information, products and news. Moreover, we have a couple huge releases coming. I’m not allowed to tell you what, but you’ll be amazed!
That’s all for now. Check back in tomorrow for our debut video blog. And stop by Saturday too: Lord-Kvento and I have a little something planned for you! 😄

May 2, 2016I’d like to be able to download your great product, is that going to be possible anytime soon??????

April 19, 2016Remember Naked News? It’d be kinda hot to have naked or stripping women reviewing erotica.

April 18, 2016So I’m a little late to the conversation here but I wanted to add my voice to what Blarg and Pathetic were touching on. You guys are a digital content porn site. You sell us porn. That’s why we are here. More resources into non-porn related aspects of the site will probably not yield much enthusiasm in my opinion. That time and resources could go into creating, drum role please…..More Porn!
I don’t want to sound insensitive to your goals. I understand trying to expand the markets and exposure for 3DX and sometimes people may want more detailed info from content creators, but the real bottom line is that the masses crave actual content above all the other content fluff. And if content creators are making articles, doing interviews, assembling periodic columns and whatever else you have planned it probably only means slowing down the release of their products. Which is what we buy and what we come here for.
I like many appreciate what you all do but in my opinion its best to keep to the basics.
Step1: make porn
Step2: fapping commences
Step3: profit

April 15, 2016I don’t see how introducing more non-porn content when you can’t even keep up with current amount of content is a solution to the problem. I can’t speak for everybody else, but what I want and assume most people really want from this site is high quality CG porn, specifically Miro’s as the vast majority of the stuff in the store is underwhelming. The few good products in there, Miro’s included, come out too sporadically to keep interest up. A video blog sounds nice in theory if there was enough quality porn content, without it feels like another empty promise. Consider me somewhere between indifferent and disappointed to this “news”.

April 16, 2016Hello there. I read over your comment and what stuck out to me was the part where you said the majority of the content here on Affect3D was underwhelming. I was hoping you could expand upon that further. What aspects of the content provided here do you find underwhelming? As a content/comic creator myself I put out only what I believe is my best work in terms of visual and story telling. Even going the extra mile to work with established writers in making a story that stands out amongst the crowd.

April 15, 2016all content is related to 3DX/ porn
and because of the fact that quality animated 3DX takes time to make, we are building a structure for good written and video content for affect3d.com to feature…. to promote 3DX in general
pathetic
April 15, 2016Though I appear to have a higher opinion of the quality of the content in the store then Blarg does; I pretty much agree with everything else he said.
This announcement gives me the impression that this site is trying to make more money by broadening it’s content base….namely, more ‘human’ pornography/erotica.
I hope I am mistaken.
The site seems fine as it is.
I am not sure what a real female porn star hosting a video blog is going to do for CG adult entertainment…especially considering the latter would be hurting her side of the business; so why would she be promoting it?
Something feels a tad ominous about this.
But we shall see.
miro
April 15, 2016no plans for real life porn, we’re employing human presenters to showcase 3DX 🙂 … I think it’s fun to present it in a more animated fashion, check it out when it’s out and let me know what you think
does animation (as popular as it may be) harm the regular movie industry? I’m sure porn stars aren’t scared of 3DX taking over all of porn, heh
pathetic
April 19, 2016Oh, I don’t care if it is hurting the human side of pornography. Most of it these days is horrible – basically finding the smallest, youngest looking woman possible and trying to get her to accept the hugest cock that can fit inside her.
It’s awful.
But there is only a finite amount of money for all fields, including adult entertainment. So if someone is spending $20 here then odds are they are spending $20 less at a human porn site.
Again, does not bother me, but there is nothing whatsoever in it for the gal doing the talking but money so that is why I found it a bit strange. She is indirectly hurting her business (even if to a tiny extent).
It would be like a NASCAR driver plugging and Indycar league race.
Kotor
April 15, 2016you should say it like this.
Step 1. Save your money
Step 2. Wait little bit
Step 3. Throw them on your screen
Step 4. Enjoy your boner for months
If there will be various Futa content so count me in 🙂

April 14, 2016A new world of erotica? Now is also a new level! I’m not sure, but I could say that she is Kayden Kross… Which would be HUGE for the first video blog *.*
I’m excited about all of this. At some point I started to really miss the Feature Artists articles and MOTDs, so is cool to see that they are coming back, along with the new monthly columns. And about the releases… If one of them is something you mentioned in your tumblr (“So, let me tell you a story”), oh boy, be prepared people! XD
