And then projecting your own disappointment on top of that to presuppose that you're NEVER EVER going to see another release EVER.thats why he said. "I (may) never see anything else". key word lol. That's right Also, I'm talking about my personal take on the situation. What I mean is: let's say the next big official release, be it G4E2, Evil Nuns, or whatever else on par with G4E in terms of length and quality, let's say this takes another 4-5 years to be made and released (which, based on the release time for the full G4E, seems rather realistic to me). I don't know if I'll personally still be here in 5 years. I don't know if I'll still be into 3DX (ok, I probably will). But maybe I'll have moved on. Especially if we're kept in the dark in the meantime. But the whole scenario I just pictured is a bit unfair to Miro, who's always been very close to us every time there's been a big release due, like with the whole G4E DLC release event (which ended up being longer than expected, but that's another story). And... talk about the Devil! Glad to hear from you Miro. While I'm writing this I realise (with an S because I learnt everything from the Brits, sorry, je suis Français) anyway I realise I may sound a bit sarcastic but I'm not. I'm really glad that you decided to show up. And most of all, very glad to hear that you're still motivated. My "opinion" on your motivation came from several other examples I saw in some of my favourites artists (mostly Youtubers) who ended up taking more and more time between their releases, and finally admitted they lost interest in what they were doing and decided to take a break or do something else. And that's perfectly fine and understandable. But as long as you're still motivated to provide what you do best, amazing 3DX that is, then all is good. Just keep up posted a bit more often, will you? And it's true that the forum has been a bit decaying lately, especially with all the spam. Glad to hear that you're working on that. |
