Translation is not an exact science, so today we take a dive into the silliness of linguistics. “Yokubou no Kairo” as a full phrase in Google Translate returns “well-known” in English from Japanese. Perhaps this white-haired elf splattered with cum is well-known carnally. That’s plausible, but it lacks a certain erotic and literary flair that a title would evoke. “Yokubou” alone returns “desire,” and “kairo” alone returns “circuit.” Now we’re getting somewhere.
“No” is a possessive, implying conceptual ownership. For instance, and butchering two languages together, “silly ideas no Elayn” would be “Elayn’s silly ideas.” So, with desire as a possessive of circuit, maybe Circuit of Desire is a contextual translation of the title. Certainly, completing the circuit, allows desire to flow like electricity. A circuit is a circle too, so Circle of Desire is another possibility, one that shows relationships.
What do you think? Do any of these make sense? Am I missing a key point with my amateurish probing? Have I ruined the porn with all this nonsense? Either way, enjoy the naked elf, courtesy of Don Don.
