Hey futanari fans, we’ve got some more goodies for you today from Puppetmaster’s upcoming release! Today’s preview is a benchmark for Sensual Adventures: Episode 5. If you’re not familiar with the term benchmark, it’s a software demo that allows you to test the performance of your system. In this case, the benchmark will show you the interactive version of Sensual Adventures: Episode 5 will run on your computer. It’s only compatible with Windows devices, but we’ve heard reports that even older machines are running the benchmark just fine. Also heads up, 1g file as this is software.
FYI, if you’re one of Puppetmaster’s patrons, you were provided the benchmark files a while back so you can skip downloading another 1g file =)
Now if you don’t have a windows device, don’t fret. As we’ve mentioned before, Sensual Adventures: Episode 5 will come packed with both the interactive version and a cinematic mp4 version for those of you watching on mobile devices or Macs. And so you don’t miss out today, we’ve also included a video version of the benchmark for you to enjoy. It’s a larger file, so we recommend right click>save as to download. Link is here.
And while you’re here, be sure to sign up for Puppetmaster’s mailing list so you can be entered into his episode 5 giveaway! Good luck and see you in two weeks for the official trailer reveal! And don’t forget to pre-order Sensual Adventures: Episode 5 before release day to get $4 off!

July 13, 2020Hi, the demo in .mp4 is this https://cdn.affect3d.com/products/Puppetmaster_Island-Benchmark-1-2-Video.mp4?secure=ccboYvZbZ2Mmfjltsb03Ng==,1594685930
The .zip is an executable (game) to be able to move the camera and make everything more interactive.

July 11, 2020As I said in my previous comment:
with an i5, 16 ram and 1080 it works fine in an acceptable quality at +100 fps.
I put the camera free and I was looking all over the island and the textures well I only had a small blink of textures when I put the camera up to see the whole island but it was nothing.
In short, I think it works quite well, I don’t know how there are people with better parts in their PCs that have problems, although I don’t even know how they put it to more than 1080p when it is the limit that LOL accepts.

July 11, 2020I won’t see much of the bachmak since I don’t want to see just anything from episode 5 until it comes out. Even so, I will try to report how it works on my pc:
i5, 16 ram and gtx 1080.

July 11, 2020I was never a fan of going realtime, because I knew the visuals would be degraded severely, which is unfortunately the case after running the benchmark (I don’t consider interactive camera to be that important). Not to mention that the whole image shakes like crazy when strafing (moving the camera sideways) and there’s nasty graphical glitch in the second pose (a big blue line flickering in the middle of the screen) As far as performance goes, I would call it “serviceable”. I have an an i7 (16 threads @ 4.5Ghz), 32GB of fast RAM, GeForce RTX 2080 OC (451.48 drivers) and I was fluctuating between 70 to 140 FPS at 1440p. The graphics are honestly not very good and considering I can run something like Doom Eternal which makes this look like a 15 year old project at a locked 144 FPS… Even the in-engine graphics of the original Crysis still look better than this and that’s a game from 2007… I bough all of the previous Sensual Adventures and found them quite good, but this is a serious stepdown in terms of visual quality the interactivity just isn’t worth it for me. ๐
With todays tech, I firmly believe it would be possibly to run even something like Bloodlust in realtime without a massive quality downgrade, but you would need top of the lini hardware and utilize a hybrid rendering technique (rasterizaztion + raytracing for stuff like GI, reflections, shadows only), but you would probably struggle to keep it around 60FPS with an RTX 2080 at 1080p, so that’s a suicide from a commercial standpoint – very few people could actually run that. But hey, maybe one day. ๐

July 11, 2020Did you download the file to your iphone, or try to play it in your browser? The mp4 files is over 200mb so it’s probably unable to load the whole thing in browser.
I advise downloading it to your device instead. To do this, press and holding the “link is here” link in the post. This should bring up a few text options; select the “download linked file” option. A small progress icon should appear in the top right corner of your browser. When it’s done, you can tap the icon to drop down a list of completed downloads, the top one of which should be the video. Tap the file name, and you should be taken you to your Files app, where you can tap on the mp4 file name once more to open and play the video off your device.
