Writer Submissions Terms and Conditions

By submitting your idea and writing any articles for Affect3D.com you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Affect3D.com is under no obligation to accept any ideas/articles submitted to Affect3D.com for publication.
- Publication of an article is at the absolute discretion of an authorized member of Affect3D.com’s staff.
- Affect3D.com respects the privacy of anyone who wants to write for the site. No personal information will be shared publicly or to any third parties. Any author who wishes to use a pen name for their writing is acceptable.
- Payment for articles is due only after publishing an article.
- Published articles become the property of Affect3D unless otherwise negotiated. Licensing options are available for certain content.
- Payments for articles are accrued and paid out once per month within 5 days after the last day of the publication month.
- Bonus payments are based on unique page views as reported by google analytics at the rate of $0.0005 per unique pageview, with a minimum of 1000 page views. This bonus is paid out once a month within 5 days of the end of the month. Traffic for an article is counted for up to 3 months.
- Do not in any shape or form attempt to artificially increase page views to any of Affect3D’s published articles. If you are found doing so all current payments to you are void and no further articles from you will be accepted.
- For base pay and bonus pay rates please refer to the rates table on the article submission page. Note that pay rates are subject to change without notice and the rates valid at the time of publishing your article will be used.
- All payments are to be made via PayPal at this time. If you can not accept PayPal, please do not submit an article.
- Once an article of yours has been published you will need to supply your payment details.
- The quality score is subjective and not negotiable and at the discretion of the reviewing Affect3D.com staff. You may seek to get further feedback from authorized Affect3D.com staff to help you improve your quality score.
- All terms are subject to change, the ‘last updated date’ will indicate when changes have been made so make sure you always check for updated terms and conditions before submitting an article.
